Just a reminder for some of you at Grupthink you can vote for more than one answer. So if you think a good leader is composed of more than one trait, list them and then for them. This way as more people vote we will start to get a picture of peoples perceptions on which of those traits/combination of traits are most effective in creating a good leader.
