there use to be a video where a guy could see the time someone had left in their life, but he couldnt see his own. he watched a woman die as she was being put in an ambulance. towards the end, he saves a guys life and passes on the "power" to see a person life span.

I need help finding a music video that was shown on MTV around 1999. I believe it was alternative rock band. The drummer had really long foam looking legs and arms and was wailing on a foam drum set. Weird video with a lot of colors. Please Help!!!
