After the first or second email exchange, the visitor is invited into the chat room, where the visitor is charged an arm and a leg to simply participate in cyber-video sex with the woman.
Several thoughts pop into mind: WIREFRAUD, MAILFRAUD, THEFT BY FRAUD OR DECEPTION.
