I was in 9th grade and afraid my parents would make me pay for the deductible, so I schemed a plan. I went to the top of the stairs, threw my self down loudly so everyone could hear my "fall". they came running and I held my throbbing hand saying oh my hand...

What's with the sharp intake of breath? I didn't mean for him to land there for God's sake - it was adrenaline - he flew further than I expected. The pointy bit of wood went into his neck and just missed the jugular. Bad, I know - but what a little turd that kid was! He was as good as gold after that and grew up to be a model of decorum and good manners. So you could say I did him a favour. [show less]
