Wireless Optical

And I hate it... It's too heavy and the batteries keep running out. I generally plug an optical mouse in when trying to do anything, games or artwork.

Optical, but NOT wireless

I had wireless, but it ate batteries prohibitively. And was never quite as precise.

Logitech V200

Great wireless optical mouse. It takes 2 AA batteries but works with only 1 if need be. Batteries last for up to a year in the mouse (maybe even longer)!
