Image Touch-up competition

It has been awhile since someone posted a topic here, and I feel it is time to re-start the creative competition again!
This time let us take an image of a person (your choice) and touch up that photo to look like a professional photo.
Choose an image that has a lot of background, one where the person does not have the best skin perhaps? Nothing wrong with that at all... but lets try and fancy up these things!
Show the before AND after please.
