Alot of these Libraries/Frameworks cross lines. For example EXT requires either YUI, JQuery or Prototype. So you can't really compare them all.

Some just make JS programming easier (prototype, jquery), others make programming an Application easier (dojo, script.aculo.us, yui, etc.).
