What should I do with the NYCPunk.com domain?

I've owned the nycpunk.com domain for about eight years. I bought it on a whim and never did much with it. It's coming up for renewal soon, and it seems like a good time to either build a website there, or give/sell it to someone else. I'm looking for suggestions. Feel free to contact me offline, too, if you have some brilliant and lucrative idea that you don't want to share.
