How do you stop credit card applications from arriving in the mail?

I get them all the time. Anyone found an effective way of stopping them?

1.	Use the postage paid envelope to send back the blank form. I black out my name and send them the whole thing back. If I had lead sheets, I'd mail those too. It won't get you off the mailing...
